Elevance Health - Atlanta CEC
A generative guest motion visualization built with TouchDesigner’s POPs, in Elevance Health’s state-of-the-art customer experience center in their headquarters in Atlanta
Client: Elevance Health
Technology: TouchDesigner
Role: Creative Technologist
I collaborated with Downstream to bring to life Elevance Health (formerly Anthem)’s new customer experience center, located in their headquarters in Atlanta.

Working closely with the creative director, I built a LIDAR-activated, generative visualization in TouchDesigner, using guests’ movement and TouchDesigner’s new POPs operators to drive flowing currents of Elevance’s brand colors in the Portal Entry to the CEC. I created a version of the same visual, without interaction, for the Community Lounge.
Using the initial motion study above as a jumping off point, I iterated over four months to refine the visual design and LIDAR interaction behavior, working remotely alongside the Downstream team in Portland, leading up to the final refinements onsite in Atlanta in Spring 2026.
CURRENTS - PORTAL

The Portal Entry is an LED wall and ceiling array designed to provide a bright, dynamic, customized experience for guest arrival. The LEDs conform to the architecture of the space, with portions of the ceiling displays masked to create the illusion of a curved screen. It was a fun challenge to figure out how to orient the interaction response and motion of the currents such that they were flowing in the direction of motion and leading guests into the CEC space.
CURRENTS - COMMUNITY LOUNGE

The Community Lounge is the first and last step in the guests’ CEC journey, where the group experience begins and ends. It starts with a collaborative working session to hear what the guests want to learn, and wraps up with next steps after the guests visit the Health Hub experience.
The side screens surround the larger LED display, replicating digital frames on a home shelf.
